Workout 

"Death by Ground 2 Overhead"

 

Male - 135#

Female - 85#

 

Min 1 - 1 rep 

Min 2 - 2 reps 

Min 3 - 3 reps 

Etc.... Until you cant perform the amount of reps in the minute.
