CrossFit Kids Workout 

Skill - Box Jumps, work on skill for 5 min 

Focus - Hop in 1 foot with other foot in front and switch after 1 min x 2 rounds 

Conditioning - 5 Squats , 5 Push ups, 5 Burpees 6 min AMRAP 

Game - Ab Mat Bowling
