Min 1 - :20 seconds hollow rock - rest the remainder of          the minute

Min 2 - 3 touch and go power cleans ( climbing is optional) 

 

Workout of the day 

 

7 dead lifts 155/105#

21 box jumps 

7 squat cleans 

14 box jumps 

2 rounds for time with a 15 burpee cash out
