A1.) Back squats  

      @3010, 4 sets, 3-5 reps (tough)

       Rest 30-45 seconds bt A1 & A2

A2.) Handstand hold 

        4 sets, 20-30 seconds 

         *concentrate on hollow position*

         Rest 60 sec before returning to A1

You will superset A1 and A2 

Workout of the day 

B.) 12 min amrap 

      30 double unders 

      10 power cleans 135/85#

      30 double unders 

      10 clusters (squat clean into a thruster)
